31 Moments in December...

As usual I am putting my own twist on something that is 'hot' right now (#decemberdaily).  I love the idea of it, but know that I and the person who I made this for simply do not have the time to do what it meant for a December Daily.

So my take on it is a "31 Moments in December!"  I used the Zutter (Teresa Collins) File Tab Chipboard Covers (3 pc) and decorated them up with the Teresa Collins Santa's List Collection along with a few of the add on's in the collection (File Folders, Envelopes, Borders, Decorative Tape and Sticker Sheet)
Here are a few close ups...

These Chipboard (book board weight) covers are about 7" x 13" in size so had to do some piecing, but hard to see unless you really look (so don't look too hard)!  There are three covers in the set, so in between the covers I inserted a variety of pages with accents, flips and folds. It is held together using 7 Gypsies Medium Binding Rings (Black).

I punched out the numbers from the Santa's List Music Sheet  using a 1 1/2" circle punch and set them throughout the album.

I don't expect there to be a photo for every memory, so on several of them I have simply decorated up a journaling card for a 'memory' to be documented! The journaling cards are either the Santa's List Notecards 12x12 Sheet or from the Die Cut Accessories Sheet (also 12x12").  The page below is the Snowflakes 12x12" Sheet scored and folded and a decorated tag adhered on the edge to act as a closure.

Many of the pages are blank, but what was left over in the collection along with some coordinating cardstock, I gave with it so they could add their own finishing touches.

As you can see above and below, not all the pages are the same size - changed it up a bit as that seems to be my style right now!

below is the inside of the above page.

Here I created a version of the Heidi Swapp Photostack so some extra real estate!

Below on the left side are two Santa's Letters cut up to use for the two kidlets in the house and of course to have a great memory for 2013 (since they are two and half and one year). The right hand side has two file folders tied together for more moments and memories to be saved.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!
